Course 1 – Natural and Kilpatrick Oysters
Course 2 – Pan fried Sea Scallops on the shell with a mango and chilli salsa
Course 3 – Moreton Bay Bugs with siracha mornay and grilled lemon
Course 4 – Grilled Yellowtail Kingfish with potato gratin, green beans, asparagus, and micro lemon balm with saffron beurre blanc sauce
Course 5 – Strawberry Sundae with Chambord macerated strawberries and chocolate brownie chunks
