Dress Regulations

Kedron-Wavell dress standards reflect the tropical climate we live in.

However, excessive exposure of skin, provocative clothing, provocative slogans on clothing or prohibited gang colours, will be asked to be covered. Top and shorts must be an appropriate length and singlets are not permitted on males. Hats or headwear on males are not permitted other than for medical or religious grounds.

All members, guests and children are required to be neat, clean and appropriately attired at all times. Any decision as to the cleanliness of dress and its conformity to Kedron-Wavell dress standards rests with management.

Patron Behaviour

Club patrons/members are required to behave in a manner that does not detract from the enjoyment of the facilities by all other patrons. Obscene and/or offensive behaviour will not be tolerated at any time.

Any unacceptable behaviour may result in direction from the Club’s Management that may include a warning, removal from the Club’s premises or police enforcement. The Club is committed to upholding a safe and friendly environment and expects the same from all patrons. The Club has the authority to ban patrons/members from the premises.

These premises will be under 24 hour live, recorded CCTV. The Club has a 24 hour video and audio CCTV in place for the purpose of crime prevention, patron and staff safety and to broadcast promotional activities within the Club.

As part of our commitment, the venue operates facial recognition. The Club collects the facial recognition data to assist with managing the safety and security of Club patrons, staff and property.

The system is “opt in” and only those that are in the gaming exclusion program or are on our suspended/banned list will have their details logged into the system for recognition. All other patrons are an “unidentified persons” and will be deleted after 30 days.

The Club maintains a comprehensive data security program that is designed to protect the security, privacy, confidentiality and integrity of personal information against risks – such as unauthorised access or use, or unintended or inappropriate disclosure – through the use of administrative, technological and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.

The Club will cooperate with law enforcement agencies when required for information to assist with their investigations. All information gathered is in line with the Club’s privacy policies.
