ASPLEY LITTLE ATHLETICS
A vibrant, community-focused club based, Aspley Little Athletics caters to children aged 5 to 17, the club offers a supportive environment where young athletes can develop their skills across various track and field events. With a strong emphasis on fun, participation, and personal growth, Aspley Little Athletics encourages every child to “Be Your Best” while fostering a lifelong love for sport.
BANYO DEVILS RUGBY LEAGUE CLUB
A proud community club based at the historic Bora Ring in Nudgee, the Banyo Devils Rugby League Club has over 250 members, including more than 150 junior players. The club fosters a family-oriented environment that emphasizes player development and community engagement. Their commitment to nurturing young talent and promoting the values of respect, teamwork, and sportsmanship has made them a cornerstone of the local sporting community.
KEDRON-WAVELL COUGARS
Queensland’s most successful netball team, the Kedron-Wavell Cougars, empowers young girls and women through high-performance sport. More than just talent, the Cougars foster confidence, teamwork, and leadership, building future stars on and off the court. With a strong focus on development, they’re creating pathways for the next generation of athletes to thrive.
KEDRON-WAVELL SNOOKER
Brisbane’s premier destination for snooker and billiards enthusiasts, Kedron-Wavell Snooker was established in 1970. The club offers members 24/7 access to a state-of-the-art, self-managed facility featuring five World Championship Wiraka tables. With a strong community focus, the club hosts major tournaments, including Queensland State Championships and national senior
events, fostering excellence and camaraderie among players.
KEDRON-WAVELL WOLVES
The Kedron-Wavell Hockey Club, affectionately known as the “Wolves,” has been a cornerstone of Brisbane’s northside hockey community since its formation in 1994. Catering to players of all ages and skill levels, the club fields men’s, women’s, boys’, and girls’ teams across various divisions, including the Brisbane Hockey League and Brisbane Women’s Hockey League. With a strong emphasis on development and community spirit, the Wolves continue to foster talent and passion for the game.
KEDRON LIONS
Established in 1937, the Kedron Lions are a cornerstone of Brisbane’s inner north sporting community. With a proud legacy in Australian Rules Football, the club fields men’s and women’s teams across various divisions, including QFA and QFAW competitions. Committed to inclusivity and development, the Lions also support junior and youth programs, fostering talent and passion for the game across all ages.
THE PRINCE CHARLES HOSPITAL FOUNDATION
The Prince Charles Hospital Foundation, through its community initiative The Common Good, is dedicated to supporting life-changing medical research and enhancing patient care at The Prince Charles Hospital and Caboolture Hospital. A cornerstone of this mission is the Charlie’s Angels volunteer program, a team of compassionate individuals who generously donate their time to assist patients, families, and staff.
SCOOTAVILLE
A charity enabling participants to travel regional Australia on small motor scooters, Scootaville blends adventure with philanthropy. Organised by the Radschool Association Inc., and supporting Legacy and the Air Force Association, Scootaville raises funds for veterans and their families. Open to riders and supporters alike, the organisation offers an opportunity to explore the outback, forge connections, and make a meaningful impact.
