FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
CAN WE PROVIDE OUR OWN CATERING?
Due to our food safety procedures, external food and beverages cannot be brought onto Kedron-Wavell premises, except for a celebratory cake. Likewise, food and beverages provided on-site cannot be removed from the premises. (e.g. takeaway containers)
CAN I BRING MY OWN BIRTHDAY CAKE?
You’re welcome to bring your own birthday cake. A “cakeage” fee of $4 per person applies if you would like our staff to cut and serve the cake as dessert. Alternatively, plates and serviettes can be provided for self-service at no additional cost.
CAN I HAVE A DRESS-UP PARTY?
Yes, you are welcome to host a dress-up party. Guests may arrive in costume; however, if they wish to access other areas of the venue during or after the event, they must adhere to the club’s dress code requirements.
DO YOU CATER FOR SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS?
Yes, we cater for all dietary requirements, provided they are communicated to the Events team by the organiser at least 7 days prior to the event, as part of the booking process
