First up the Aussie Burger is loaded with all the classics including a juicy beef patty, beetroot, egg, pineapple, lettuce, bacon & caramelised onions, served with seasoned, hot chips. This is complimented with a taste modern Australian cuisine in the Roo Burger. The burger features a kangaroo patty, lettuce, tomato & onion, complimented with a Smokey tomato relish to enhance the complex flavours of the kangaroo and create a succulent burger that’s sure to be an instant favourite
Finish your meal in true Australian style with one of the January dessert specials. This month you can try a crispy and creamy Pavlova or the classic Lamington.
Bravo has also kept with the Australian theme and created some signature cocktail specials. This January come down and try the Lamington and the Pavlova. The Lamington features Baileys, Crème de Cacao, Coconut Tequila, Cream, Milk & Nutella, topped off with a rim of velvety milk chocolate and coconut. This sweet drink is the perfect way to end your Red Delta Banquet or a great way to reminisce on an old favourite from your childhood!
The Pavlova cocktail is a fruity delight, perfect for a summer’s day! The drink combines Vodka, strawberry Monin, Prosecco & ice cream. Accompanied with a meringue to evoke all things that make Aussies summers great!
