Applications Now Open: Kedron-Wavell’s 2025 Community Grants Program

Kedron-Wavell is proud to announce that applications are now open for the 2025 Community Grants Program, with $200,000 in funding available to support local organisations and initiatives across the North Brisbane community.

As a leading Queensland community club with a strong history of giving back, Kedron-Wavell is thrilled to once again deliver this impactful program—now with even more funding available than ever before.

The Community Grants Program is designed to provide vital financial support to not-for-profit organisations, community groups, and individuals who are working to create meaningful change in our local area. With a focus on grassroots initiatives, the program empowers recipients to bring innovative ideas to life and make a lasting difference.

“Our Community Grants Program represents our unwavering commitment to supporting and strengthening our local community,” said Vjorn Bradow, General Manager of Kedron-Wavell. “We firmly believe that empowering changemakers at the grassroots level is key to creating real, positive change—and this program helps make that possible.”

Applications are now open and will be accepted until 31 July 2025. Submissions can be completed online by visiting kedron-wavell.com.au/grants. Applicants are encouraged to review the eligibility criteria, assessment process, and terms and conditions on the website.

All applications will be carefully reviewed by Kedron-Wavell’s Community Grants Board, made up of respected professionals from across a variety of local business sectors. Projects will be selected based on their alignment with Kedron-Wavell’s mission and their potential to deliver meaningful community impact.

Successful applicants will be notified by Sunday 31 August 2025, with a special presentation event to be held at Kedron-Wavell on Tuesday 16 September 2025.
