KW is Looking for Gaming ‘Superstar’ Attendants!
Kedron-Wavell is proud to be one of the best gaming clubs in Queensland. Our cutting edge + dedicated team play an integral part in our success & we are now looking for high energy, professional – Gaming Attendant’s – with great customer service skills to join our team.
You will be responsible for:
Maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring patrons continue to choose Kedron-Wavell as their chosen destination.
Assisting with customer enquiries when on the gaming floor.
Performing pay outs, hopper fills, fixing machine errors and making food from our select gaming menu.
Ensuring harm minimisation procedures are followed.
Ensuring all of our customers have an exceptional experience when they visit the club.
You will need to have:
Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
Accurate money handling skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Current RSA.
Current RSG (desirable)
Prior experience in a large gaming venue (desirable)

We will provide you with an above Award hourly rate ($29-$40ph) this incl.. penalty rates for weekends and nights, career development and training opportunities, and a fun and rewarding work environment located in the Chermside Business District. We are also happy to provide professional development for the right candidate.
