KFit Free Community Fitness Classes are back every Monday from 10.30am – 11.30am.

They are free to join for both members and non-members.

Attendance is FREE
COVID regulations apply
Walk-Ins are available however in a case of capped numbers, those who are registered will get first preference
Please bring your own water bottle and towel
