We’ve partnered with House of Fine Wine to bring you a decadent night of Champagne and fine dining, featuring an exclusive four-course French-inspired menu matched with a stunning line-up of Bollinger drops.
Entertainment for the evening comes from singer, actor, writer and producer Melissa Western.

Course One matched with Penfolds Champagne – St Germain and Champagne, garnished with Thyme and Lemon Curl
Chicken and foie gras pâté with brioche croûte and marmalade jar
Course Two matched with Ayala Brut Majeur (by Bollinger)
Warm Tasmanian poached salmon niçoise salad
Course Three matched with Bollinger Rosé
Crispy skin duck breast, poached pear, blackberry and truffle jus
Course Four matched with Bollinger Special Cuvée
French fromage selection featuring Président Brie and Comté Grand, served with muscatels, quince paste and lavosh
